Hi, I love your shop. I used to come in all the time when I worked in Shepherds Bush.
I remember you used to have a leaflet in the shop about fix older
New Era hats which had shrunk over time.
I’ve got a couple hats which I bought from you which are now too small to wear as they are too tight.
Can you please email me the leaflet or some advice, that would be really appreciated.

Hi heard about your shop i’m really interested in getting my son’s jacket customised. He has a smart suit jacket and i wanted the back customised maybe airbrushed or some sort of crystal on it. Could you please get back to me about whether you do this sort of thing and what the time scale would be as ideally i need it in time for the back hol wkend.
